Chicory (Cichorium intybu) is high in Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant, and has the highest concentration of inulin of any other plant that contains inulin. Despite its coffee-like depth and flavor, it does not contain the caffeine so prevalent in traditional coffee beans. We add in sweet cinnamon to enhance of it aroma.A table spoon of Chicory roasted root powder with a pinch ofsweet cinnamon powder , add in milk and sugar at your choice. It's so simple and delicious.
